Birth Doula. Full care and support during pregnancy and labor including excellent preparation for birth.

Investment: €1200

  • First introductory meeting
  • 3 extensive prenatal consultations (up to 2 hours)
  • Support writing your birth plan/ preferences
  • Access to resources (books and online) for birth preparation
  • Intro to aromatherapy and essential oils that can be used in pregnancy, labor & postpartum
  • Regular contact & unlimited phone and email support from the moment of booking
  • On call 24/7 from week 38
  • Continuous support during the entire labor, regardless of the duration
  • Present up to 2 hours after your birth
  • Up to 6 weeks after the birth email/phone availability for references & support
  • 1-2 postpartum visits (in the first 6 weeks)
  • Birth and first moments photos (!Not professional. I will send all of them to you. If desired only)

Last minute Doula. Are you around the finish of you pregnancy and decided to have a doula present? I understand it is not always possible to contact early in the pregnancy, so here is my last minute offer. This package is only available at/after 37 weeks.

Birth preparation.  Would you like a personally tailored childbirth preparation process but no service during labor? Then this is an option for you.

Additional Services

  • Extra (prenatal or postnatal) consultation. Tailored consultation to cover whatever questions you have: how to deal with pain, birth positions, comfort measures, visualizations etc.) - €60 per hour (for my doula clients this is discounted to €50,-)
  • Birth plan/ preferences. Guidance on writing your birth plan/preferences. 1 meeting up to 2 hours, further support by email, telephone or video call - €120
  • Overdue/ broken waters no contractions session. If you are at your 41st week and the baby is not yet coming OR your waters broke (& amniotic fluid is clear) but you have no contractions, this session can help you to relax, bring balance to your body & mind which can help to facilitate the labor beginning. 2 hour session at the comfort of your home (or hospital) includes foot & lower back massage, acupressure, aromatherapy, meditation and space to ask all the questions you may have at that moment.

General terms and service plans

Extra consultations for my doula clients can be booked at a discounted rate

No transportation costs within the location of Maastricht/ Oost-Maarland/ Eijsden. For clients outside of the mentioned location, or in the case of paid parking, a bill for travel costs (€0.19 per km, or as per parking check) will be provided. The kilometers are calculated from Oost-Maarland to the location.

Payment plans (for example, paying in installments) are available, and if finances are an issue, please feel free to discuss options with me. I deeply believe that everyone deserves access to support during childbirth.
